Beasts along the Grand

Pictured passing the up line protecting signal for Darlaston Junction this afternoon were handsome blue and green loco's 37425+37411 on their way from Warrington to Bescot, possibly for a weekend ballast working tonight ?

ps I like the Grand Junction Railway emblem on your blog, it reminds me of a wristwatch face !

That is a belter of a photo! Very nice.

The signal is WL49, a 4 aspect colour-light with a 'position 1' route indicator for the Darlaston Line to Pleck Junction.

Again, a cracking photo.

I don't believe it!!!! I suppose Bescot will be overrun with tractors now I can't go out and get them. Go get 'em boys and keep the photo's coming. Great shot and yes I'm dead jealous.
