Bescot Brushes.

In this undated shot (probably sometime in 2001) a pair of Freightliner Class 47s are running on the Engine Release Line as they head for Bescot Depot for fuel.

This line is now stopblocked and is used for storage of wagons and withdrawn locomotives.

Thats a good shot. The back one looks like 372 and that was rescued from the Bescot scrap line around 1995 to find further service with Freightliner. It was in dutch yellow grey when it was withdrawn in the early 1990s.

Two for the price of one. Can't really remember many double 47s on freights etc., usually enough power in one.
