Caught on camera in Bescot Local Sidings on the 18th May 1981 were 40025 'Lusitania' and green celebrity 40106. The green machine found its way into preservation and is currently in full working order at the Nene Valley Railway.

Another timeless shot. Possibly my favourite loco's after the Hydraulics...
Massive shot again! Double forties. Just great stuff....I remember seeing Empress of England across the water in the holding sidings and other beasts like ACCRA and APPAPA....
