Ohhh Yess. Beast of a shot that, i'm jealous (and with no way of repeating it...). Can you still get lineside there or has the Stalag 17 fencing been erected (to blend in with the environment...)?

Apparently this fine animal is now stored at Barton Hill (Bristol) according to the bible, and was once earmarked for continental export (France). Even better, it was once named Hurricane, which is one hellfire moniker !

This was while EWS withdrew all CD based 37/4s for a while after a part fell off 37421 at speed. While some 37/0s appeared regular, 37077 made only this one round trip. It did in fact go to France and returned back in the UK around 20.07.00. I got a shot of it at Bescot being transferred to Tyne Yard for storage. Bible must be right tho for Bristol now?
